# TruSource

> TruSource Verify is origin-data verification software for agricultural trade compliance. Importers and operators who place goods on regulated markets are legally liable for supplier-declared origin data they did not collect and cannot check. TruSource ingests that data in any format, verifies every plot (geometry, satellite deforestation screening, and cross-operator duplicate detection), files the required due-diligence statement, and retains hashed, timestamped evidence for audit. It is live for the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) today, covering coffee and cocoa, on an engine designed to extend to other markets' rules.

## What TruSource does

- **Ingest anything**: reads supplier plot files exactly as they arrive — Excel, CSV, GeoJSON, Shapefile, KML, PDF, and national traceability-system exports — with no templates and no supplier retraining.
- **Verify every plot**: geometry validation (self-intersections, unclosed rings, zero-area polygons, wrong-hemisphere coordinates); satellite deforestation screening against the regime's cut-off date (31 December 2020 under EUDR) using Sentinel-2 imagery; and duplicate/overlap detection against a graph spanning every operator on the network.
- **File with confidence**: assembles the due-diligence statement the market requires and submits it — the Due Diligence Statement to TRACES under EUDR — with flagged plots excluded by default and nothing filed without the operator's sign-off.
- **Defend forever**: every check is hashed and timestamped; the exportable evidence pack answers a competent-authority audit and is retained beyond the statutory window (5+ years under EUDR).

## The differentiator

The same "clean" plot polygon submitted through two different exporters is a common laundering pattern, and it is invisible to any tool that sees only one importer's own suppliers. TruSource checks every plot against a cross-operator graph spanning all operators on the network, so duplicate and overlapping submissions surface across importers, not just within one.
